{"id":1705,"date":"2014-12-12T16:49:34","date_gmt":"2014-12-12T03:49:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/caslabs.case.edu\/ansmet\/?p=1705"},"modified":"2014-12-12T10:06:28","modified_gmt":"2014-12-12T15:06:28","slug":"an-_extremely_-short-turn-around","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/caslabs.case.edu\/ansmet\/2014\/12\/12\/an-_extremely_-short-turn-around\/","title":{"rendered":"an _extremely_ short turn-around"},"content":{"rendered":"<div><\/div>\n<div>Well, it turned out to be just a practice run today on getting the first of us onto the airplane for the flight to CTAM, as now, 4 hours later, we\u2019re back in McMurdo.\u00a0 There was a bad electrical reading onboard, which could have been either just a bad gauge or a real issue, and during the time that the electrical avionics techs were investigating, our crew timed out (exceeded their allow working time).\u00a0 The next crew couldn\u2019t take us as they were already locked in for the next flight, so our flight to CTAM was canceled for today.<\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div>But I can at least show a couple of photos from our truncated foray \u2013<\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;
