The grant is funded through the National Institute of Health (NIH) and was awarded through the Clinical and Translational Science Collaborative (CTSC). Alayna is currently putting her funds towards her dissertation. Additionally, she will receive coursework to train her on clinical and translational research principles, critical analysis, and team science skills.
