In addition, a tunable Ti-Sapphire laser (Mira-F-V5-XW-220) with a diode pump laser (Verdi 5 W) provides 700-900 nm femtosecond pulsed excitation for two and three-photon imaging. The system is configured for nondestructive, low-energy imaging of living cells labeled with parameter-specific fluorescent probes.
