Today was another exciting day. In the morning, it was still gray here. As we expected, we got weather delay. After a couple hours of strong wind, it became completely blue sky! Then shortly after lunch, twin otter showed up! Yes, Jim and Alex finally made their flight to here. We were all excited when Jim and Alex stepped out from twin otter. We hugged each other happily. We worked hard setting up 2 tents, organizing our stuff etc.. then after short “hot chocolate” break, 2nd twin otter made it!! We got our 4th ski-doo, fuel, gears, food etc. More organizing around tents. After dinner, we got together in science tent. It has been 5 days since we were separated. It was so nice to see each other. Now our real season starts!! Minako, January 3, 2017
