View from our (James and Scott) tent of camp currently. The wind is really blowing the snow around and the flags (including the Canadian flag on the back of Sparky) are all flapping vigorously. We’ve had to dig out the entrance to our tent once this morning already.
Today is shaping up to be a windy and cold day. The wind rolled in last night and is unrelenting to the point of bending the bamboo flag poles currently marking various things on camp. The tent walls are rippling as the wind whistles by. The good news is, weather permitting, we are on the schedule for relocation tomorrow. That means today starting at around 14:00 we’ll start disassembling camp as we’ll need to fully pack it up and then fully set it up tomorrow – whatever we can do today that we won’t need in the meantime will make tomorrow easier.
I’ll post again tomorrow to let everyone know the status of the move whether it goes ahead or not.
