Today the sky was clear and it was warm (-16 degC), but still very windy. We could not get out to search for meteorites and stayed in the tent most of the day. In the afternoon, we just dug out two of our snowmobiles which were buried under the snow drift tens of cm thick, to be ready for meteorite hunting anytime soon. To make matters worse, Katie’s laptop PC was suddenly out of use, and I got a minor frost bite on the cheek. It is a Christmas day tomorrow and we are hoping it will bring us calm weather. Hopefully we can go and find meteorites and have happy Christmas dinner.
